Transfer my entry to another Runner
Sign In to Your Dashboard
If you’d like to find your registration details. It is easy.
Type your email address into the form and request a new confirmation email if you do not have your booking reference. Then follow the prompts to Login to your Dashboard.
Once you are Login to your Dashboard you can click on “Transfer”
You will then be offered two options;
Select “Transfer to a new participant ”.
Then select the correct button;
ENTRY TRANSFERS TO OTHER ENTRANTS ARE AVAILABLE AND WILL INCUR AN ADMINISTRATIVE COST OF $70, PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF RE-REGISTRATION OF THE NEW REGISTRANT.
This option opens on the 1st of February and the cut-off for this is Jun 15, 2024, 11:59 PM.
The best way to sell your entry is to Jump onto our Facebook Brisbane Trail Ultra Page 6300+ Followers, Brisbane Trail Ultra Group page, or Trail Running Australia page 8000+ Strong.
Once you’ve on-sold your entry and received the fund from the new participant into your bank account for your registration,
Type in the new participant’s email address. The new participant will be emailed with a link to enter the event.
