Thank you legends, Feedback Survey, Age category awards, GPS Trackers

We’ve always said that volunteers are the backbone of any event. Without you, there is no way a trail race would ever proceed, there would be no atmosphere and the runners would not receive that extra bit of encouragement they sometimes need to keep them going. I mentioned to Shona that I would like to give a special mention to those volunteers that have gone above and beyond for us. When I started listing these people in my head, it was pretty much every person that put their hand up. What a wonderful community that we have. As a small token of our appreciation, we have a pair of Bush Heritage Australia koala socks, La Sportiva sunglasses and a legends head skinz for everyone that has helped out. Please contact me if I haven’t been able to get these items to you yet.

When the cut-offs for a race event is 36 hours, be assured that the vollies are also out there for just as long or longer. These amazing teams go above and beyond to ensure the safety of the runners and we know you appreciate their efforts just as much as we do.
